England Announced Team For Australia ODI Series: The England and Wales Cricket Board has announced England’s 15-man squad for the ODI series to be played against Australia next month. After a long time, James Vince has returned to the English team.
Fast bowler Ollie Stone and wicket-keeper batsman Sam Billings have been included in England’s 15-man squad for the three-match ODI series against Australia in November, which will be played immediately after the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup.
11 players from the current T20 World Cup squad will remain in Australia when the series begins at the Adelaide Oval on November 17. Seam bowler Olly Stone can play ODI cricket for England after a long time. He last played for England in this format in October 2018 against Sri Lanka.
Batsman James Vince is returning to the team, who last played against Pakistan at Edgbaston in July 2021, while middle-order batsman Sam Billings has also been given a chance. He has played 25 ODIs for England so far. The three-match series will be played over six days. The matches of this series will be played in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.
The series will begin at the Adelaide Oval on November 17, four days after the T20 World Cup final. The next two matches will be played in Sydney and Melbourne on 19 and 22 November respectively.
