New Zealand Jersey: The New Zealand team has shared the first glimpse of its new jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup with the fans. The runner-up team of 2021 shared many pictures on their social media handles and informed about this. In the pictures shared by New Zealand Cricket (NGC), many of the team’s star players like Trent Boult, Darryl Mitchell, Devon Conway, Martin Guptill and Lockie Ferguson are seen wearing the new jersey.

This jersey of Kiwi team is seen in retro look. In this, a glimpse of the old jersey worn by the team in the 90s can be seen. This jersey is made of black and brown color combination.

Talk about T20 World Cup, this time it is being organized in Australia. This tournament to be held between 16 countries will start from October 16 while the final match will be played on November 13. The New Zealand team had earlier also announced its squad on 20 September. Team’s veteran opener Martin Guptill will play for the Blackcaps for a record seventh time.

New Zealand team is part of Group B in the Super 12 stage and will play a total of five teams including Australia, England, Afghanistan. The first match of the Kiwi team will be against hosts Australia on 22 October (Saturday) at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Let us tell you that before New Zealand, the teams of India, Australia and Pakistan have also launched their jerseys. Team India will again be seen in its old sky blue color this time, while the Australian team will wear an indigenous themed jersey.
